Who we are, and what we are all about at Fourth Watch is something that goes to the heart of our mission. Our faith tells us that we are beloved children of God the Father - and we try to discern that in everything we do. We also try to authentically live out that truth in our families, in our businesses, and in the large and small details of our lives.
Dan Ashe, M.I.T. is a professional trainer, speaker and youth minister. He is a leader and innovator in the challenge course industry and brings his unique approach to experiential learning into the business of teaching the Gospel. John L. Davis is an ordained Roman Catholic Deacon, assigned to Sacred Heart Parish in the Diocese of Wilmington, DE. John has been inspiring groups with his public speaking since he was 9 years old. He brings that background now to his preaching and combines it with his discerning and realistic approach to living the Gospel message.

Christian Leadership Development
Great churches have great leaders. Unfortunately, many church organizations overlook the need to train those leaders and volunteer ministers so that they have the valuable tools needed for sucess. Christian Leadership Development programs by Fourth Watch Ministries are designed to help church organizations grow and help foster a deeper dedication to lay ministry and lay volunteer service.
Our programs are "experiential" meaining there is very little traditional classroom content - rather, participants are experiencing team building and leadership skills throught unique modules facilited by our professional staff.

Catholic Youth Summit
Our youth are not mearly the church of tomorrow - they are the "Young Church of Today" and our programs support the development of Catholic Youth and Youth Leaders all around the region.
Catholic Youth Summits are available by intitation only - a participant is eligible only after being nominated by their pastor, or by the Knights of Columbus council at their parish. The program is open to young Catholic men and women in grades 10 and 11.
Youth complete modules such as leadership training, active communication, spiritual development and theological reflection.
The summit is an intense experience - yet it is a time of growth, reflection and prayer that your son or daughter will never forget.
